We have a selection of large holiday cottages, from the ever-popular Pentlands in the heart of Sidmouth, sleeping 10 guests to the magnificent Sussex House in Sidmouth sleeping 8, or Shanghai in the beautiful fishing village of Beer sleeping 8 guests and up to two dogs.

Fancy the whole site to yourself? The Leighs near Sidmouth offers just that. All four properties together sleep 12 guests in total with Wren sleeping four, Blackbird sleeping four and up to two pets, Avocet sleeping two, Sandpiper sleeping two and a pet. Enjoy peace and privacy in this gorgeous cluster of accommodation close to various different wedding venues in East Devon. The Costal Beach Chalets in Branscombe are also available to book as one unit but make sure you get your dates booked in as they are extremely popular, there is nothing else quite like them!

Why not use one of our suggested in-house caterers for a fuss free celebration or you may just decide you would like a home cooked meal in the fridge after a busy day exploring! Whatever you decide we are happy to help. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept large parties and celebrations due to the properties not being furnished or equipped for this. Our neighbours do not welcome disturbance and noise. If you are hoping to enjoy a get together with family and friends we are of course able to help find you a suitable property and hope to make your stay memorable.
