Tracy is the owner and founder of Sweetcombe. She has worked extremely hard over the years to ensure that our properties are hand picked and carefully chosen to ensure we have something for everyone. Tracy decided to set up Sweetcombe 35 years ago with the help of her mother Dorothy. In her spare time Tracy loves going on long walks so feel free to have a chat with her about the best spots along the coast path!

Alex is Tracy’s youngest daughter who has recently come into the business after university. Alex enjoys every aspect of the business from our social media to finding you the perfect property for your stay. Alex loves being out on the water whether it’s swimming or stand up paddle boarding!

Polly is Tracy’s eldest daughter who came into the business 5 years ago after working in Switzerland for a number of years within the industry. Polly enjoys making sure all the properties are looked after to the highest standard and that everything is in order for you to have the most memorable stay. Polly loves adventure and anything outdoors, she thinks this is a good balance after a day in the office. You may spot her running with her spaniel ‘Nixon’.

Amy has worked for Sweetcombe for the last four years and she enjoys speaking to all our guests. Amy is happy to help you with any questions you may have about your holiday in Devon. In the time she has been working for Sweetcombe she has ran the London Marathon twice, and who knows maybe another one is on the cards!

Dorothy is Tracy’s mother and although not in the office full time anymore she loves to come in and help with any admin we have to do. Dorothy loves to lend a helping hand and her strategy for filing is still the best!
